WHERE DO I BEGIN?
At Functional Fitness, the training is geared toward the individual's goals.
So the first thing that is necessary is to have a consultation with the trainer, and discuss your short term, and long term goals.
From there, we then decide how often you need to train to be able to obtain your goals, and set up a schedule as to when we will be meeting. All new clients fill out a health questionnaire.
A physical assessment is done which includes measurements, a weight check, and a quick assessment of movement patterns.
