After a quick posture and movement assessment, individual training programs are designed using the guidelines of the National Academy of Sports Medicine. One on one personal training is for the client who wants to get the most out of their health and fitness experience. Each training session is designed with that individual client and their goals in mind, in a positive and fun environment. Reassessments are done on a regular basis so the client can track their progress. SMALL GROUP TRAINING
At Functional Fitness, it is a belief that everybody should have the opportunity to get quality personal training that is affordable. The group training classes are kept small so the clients can still get individual attention that they may need, and yet not sacrifice quality of the type of training that they are getting. Typically, a group class will have anywhere from five to eight people. Whether it's training in your workplace, a friends garage or basement, or in the park, Functional Fitness offers training for everyone's goals.
